Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

Other details: Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base; Physical rehabilitation on-site focuses on physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for individuals suffering from a variety of physical and neurological conditions or injuries.
Work Schedule: Full-time
Rate: Competitive/Negotiable
