I've learned a powerful lesson: being underestimated can be a catalyst for extraordinary growth. It's a story many women, and those who don't fit the stereotypical "loudest voice" mold, know all too well.

Imagine bringing a marketing degree, four years of advertising expertise, and a Master's in Occupational Therapy to the table. I landed a recruiter role at one company, but with a resume demonstrating such expansive skills, I always knew I was capable of contributing more.
